This is how the game has been played for decades, if not longer. There is a certain level of opposition they will tolerate of each other to feed the belief that the uniparty is a myth. But as soon as one of them gets out of line and goes a little too far, blackmail is put into play. Some people had blackmail on others, but I don't think many of them had blackmail on everyone, with the obvious exception of Epstein, and possibly George Bush Sr.
