Dumb means cannot talk, street smarts are learned for years before they develop. Psychosis is permananent in millions of unmedicated people.
So far you have not done anything to prove you are not a slow learner, you still insist.
I have a 147IQ according to some tests, my actual intelligence cannot be estimated because it is based in psychotic understanding.
