There is a not unreasonable chance that the Epstein fiasco may be tied to this: Trump is withholding total disclosure in order to hold blackmail against certain elites (implicated by the Epstein files) that did not have a personal agenda against him in order to get them to "back off" from interfering in prosecuting some of the heavy hitters of the previous regime - Obama/Biden/Hillary and cohorts. Sacrificing pawns to take the queen if you will.
