I usually do. A lot of what I fap to is either vanilla or vanilla with a new coat of paint to it, such as animal ears, certain clothes or accessories, some monstergirls, etc. Basically things that make the girl cuter, more fantastical, or just more interesting to look at beyond her figure. Depends on where you draw the line for vanilla. This might not be the best example, but it's fairly tame.
I'm not ALL vanilla, but I don't get tired of some good ol' 1girl even if it's completely ordinary, and I kinda look at porn a lot.
