I mean something more like Ama. She had her OC for years while doing covers, and when she first started vtubing it was clearly with a budget (or free) VRoid based on that same OC. Even Monarch is like a super expanded version of it since it has the same look but with an actual personality and character now. Most 2views with any sort of a model are far more likely to want to massively upgrade anything, than they are to erase it all and start over. Nagi technically did erase everything and start over, but there wasn't a whole lot there to begin with since she was pngtubing
Basically what I'm saying is that if it's someone people have heard of who's graduating, I doubt they're here. They'd have to be a complete nobody before considering that route since most people do have some level of attachment to their character and design.
