Accidentally stumbled upon this thread while referencing this artwork and how it was made; with that said, you are way off, and a surprisingly handful of users commented with the (sort of) correct answer. My longtime friend made this album artwork, amongst thousands of others you probably had no idea he did. This is actually the artist (Paul Brown) with his head shaved, coming through a medical model of a crowning vaginal canal. He often jokes about it being his “selfie”, that I add is the most famous and yet unknown selfies in the world.
