Isn't 10 count still plenty to murder most enemies in one turn in MD? Even without drumstick, fusion lets you apply just enough count in one hit + initial burn gifts to end regular encounters fast anyway.
The only issue I can see is bosses with tons of HP which might need 2 turns now, unless they're wrath weak. Even then, burn is still probably really fast for clears.
