So, no, Queen Callidice didn't kill the beast: the beast was imagined, designed by an AI, then the genome was put together, a first cell was produced, it multiplied, the cells were laid in an incubator, made to differentiate into only epidermis and dermis with hair follicles and no part of the nervous system, kept warm and nourished, they covered the needed surface in fur, this fur was taken, dried, tanned, cut, sewn, wrapped around a model that looks like the Queen, paraded in the Ecumenic Princess Fashion Contest ("the most violent show in the network" according to fans) for the whole universe to see, fought against other products of competing biofarms and fashion firms, won that year's edition together with other selected furs, jewelry and dresses by impressing Her Majesty with its innovative tactile, artistic and technological merits, and finally became a full citizen of the Queen's wardrobe.
