you want to downplay\minimize the efficacy\usage of weather modification programs-
my argument is that 50+ years have passed since their confirmed wartime usage,
& i would speculate that the program has improved considerably since then.
Moore's Law applies and is (mostly) demonstrably true in other tech, so why not this?

i think that i we had this conversation in public
