You can't get an apartment because the banker kikes have so much money they're investing now in long term real estate; big non-recurring, but a long term pay off over 30 years. That's why you can't get an apartment and have no hope of owning a house.
Same thing with food. Kikes are buying up farm land and turning them into shit producing corporate farms, or just shutting them down to raise prices by scarcity. The whole "bird flu" bullshit? Yeah, Biden holocausted 6 billion chickens and now you can't afford eggs, because he didn't want the chickens to die of bird flu.
