That is a good question. The girls do a pretty good job keeping it kayfabe if they are feuding with someone like Mayu and Saki are good friends in RL but when Saki stabbed her in the back you never saw or heard of them two being together after that.
Giulia talks a lot of shit about tam in interviews so hard to say for sure. could just not like each other but have a mutual respect or might actually get along just fine.
I like to believe they don't like each other makes it more fun.
