While war is absolute chaos and even a 9 tours veteran with a 50 killstreak can get gunned down by a 16 year old it's fair to assume somewhere in that medley lies a median where also the toughest, most resilient, cunning, bravest etc. survive where others perish.

We've been fighting wars for thousands of years. Are we lacking for it?
