I didn't even use Himari, you're fine.
If you end up meatgrindering it you can use an Uraha with garbage investment just for the hitcount to stack the debuff, obviously way less impactful than an actual built Utaha but P2 really isn't that bad - in my mock battles I was throwing a lvl 69 1/1/1/1 Izumi in there just for the AA etc.
If you can get through P1 you can almost certainly do Insane, even if it takes more than 2 teams.

I don't know if people are too put off to even try but I'm not sure I'd call this particularly hard to field, especially since everything has viable alternatives, plenty of Ako / Himari / iMari clears and I think I've seen Koharu ones.
