I am farming the two copper nodes and the iron node right outside shem. My guys auto haul to a building I own. I then sell the copper. I do not plan on farming or cooking as of right now.

I got guys on a roof top training. I had one with a backpack overloaded with ore set to auto follow a guard to up my strength

How do I raise dexterity other than finding bandits to shoot at?

Toughness is also.. tough... because I don't want to lose limbs.

I'm at the point where I am buying nicer armor from the shinobi thieves.

Training till I'm able to kill a bandit squad without help of town guards.

I am also going to kidnap and recruit any good quality Shek bandits I find. I have a bandit leader right now in a cage.

Shek only run. Long term goal is to fight the Holy Cities.
