It sounds like youre trying to justify migration under the guise of NatSoc as long as its "smart people", but youre either missing the point or playing dumb deliberately.
"Smart" is a relative position. Half of everybody is dumber than average. That's never going to change no matter how much eugenicism you pursue, because its floating with the present average. The point is to make your own people smart, your own people healthy, your own people strong. Not some globalized slave caste of workers. That's not NatSoc. That's techno-feudalism.
