Idk about now because I stopped playing years ago but it used to be brutal. Anons were screaming about wanting to kill themselves in /gbfg/ during GW because they'd have to keep manually healing. I was literally in those threads where anons would regret not rolling for a character that they called dogshit a few months ago.
