Hell they had to change where Skyfall's opening scene was. It was originally planned to be filmed in India but they changed it because India complained that they were planning to make the train crammed with people all over sides and roofs, e.g. just like trains in India in reality.
Although in retrospect it's probably for the best because if Bond fell into a river in India with an open gunshot wound he probably would've died of sepsis in 10 seconds.
