If you go to the aquarium at night, you can find Andy and a npc outside watching him reporting to Reid. Its a Shawshank Redemption reference after you read through the conversation and you can see that Andy is waiting for Reid to come out of prison and meet him at the beach (Just like in the ending scene of the movie)
