The StarMan Chun-Li I bought from eBay arrived undressed. She’s supposed to come wearing pants, with the panty as a separate accessory, so it was clearly unboxed and handled before. I double-checked by watching other YT unboxing videos, and she definitely shouldn’t be packaged like this. The seller listed it as new and unopened.

Unfortunately, I didn’t record an unboxing video as proof, but I do have photos. Can I still have a good chance of winning a refund claim with eBay in this situation? I paid full retail price for her.
