Vivi is really cute and they mesh like sisters. I also think Vivi watched a fair bit of Pekora before hololive. She said it during Minecra but she thinks Vivi is really cute and is someone that should be protected, I think its the first time Pekora got possessive over someone too, she's also just really fun to tease for Pekora.
And the emotional moments Vivi has, like how how Pekora was triyng to be tsundere about the blue uprp and say it wasn't for Vivi but Vivi went back to check and cried when she found out it was actually for her.

Im fairly certain Pekora keeps rejecting dates with Vivi to just tease her.
