Also exhentai doesn't strip metadata IIRC, so you can browse on there for something you like and then reverse/re-engineer it.
these are all just novarealitypony(or trualityengine? I can't remember for these), and adetailer in Forge. No loras I don't think, a photo lora at most and at a weak strength, like 0.3
