What is this bizarre schizo RP that you're doing? You're literally just outright lying and spreading misinformation at this point. All scout striders are replaced with rocket striders at higher difficulties, which you can pen with AP2 from the front. The scout strider nerf was literally directed towards lower difficulty players because regular striders don't have instant kill rockets to shoot from the front.
