Other gun store anon here, couple months back there was a jeet who kept complaining his box mag fed pump shotguns he bought from us weren't working.
So i take a look at it, check feeding, extraction, ejection, mag followers, all good.
Test fire in the range, both work perfectly.
Fucking retard either wasn't putting the mag in properly or wasn't pumping the gun hard enough. Picrel. Give them back and told him to pound sand.

Also a month later it turned out that same jeet got his pal suspended for straw purchasing.
