Okay, just in case you're being genuine and not double triple falseflagging I'll tell you.
/jp/ as a board has always wanted to be left alone, and have as little interaction with the rest of the site as possible. Autistic and pretentious? Yes, but that's how the place worked. I think moot said once the number of reports coming from /jp/ vastly outnumbered every other board's. For better or worse, people here were autistic about the board's quality.
So people didn't take it kindly when obvious outsiders came into the board. First it was the monster girl fags, who had their general in /a/ but were kicked out and moved here. This didn't sit well with /jp/sies since it was a whole community just dropped in our board without understanding the culture, but at least they mostly kept to themselves in their thread.
Then it was the vtuberfags, I don't think I need to explain what's wrong with them and their posting but it's another example of "people" who don't fit the posting standards, with the added injury that unlike the monster fuckers they were a huge community dropped into a traditionally slow board AND were also getting babbied by the mods, even today the hololive general is the only thread in the board which gets active moderation.
So then, when the board is already in dire straits, after the /j/ leaks reveal some of the mods and jannies were actively pushing for the board to get shittier, a thread full of /v/ people proudly parading their outsideness drops in, where 90% of posts are nonsensical circlejerking about ecelebs and full of shitposting, blogging and offtopic "discusion", and that thread gets protected by the mods, obviously people from the board are gonna get angry because it feels like just one more step in the mod's plan to completely ruin the board for no reason.
TL,DR: There was no need to bring this thread into /jp/, just post in the normal Touhou threads but you couldn't do that because you don't want to talk about Touhou, you want a touhou themed circlejerk
