Well, seeing how they're reviled and abused (and don't tell me they're not) what do you expect them to do? From their point of view, they came to Canada because Canada is literally advertising for them to emitgrate. From their pov, they pay their taxes, they are mostly law abiding, and even what to them is polite greeting, "Good morning sir" is mercilessly mocked and made fun of.
Not me complaining, only idiots would leave their family and homes for a cold wasteland with bland food where you will never get acceptance no matter how much you try. But in their free time if they choose to socialise with other brown people versus be abused and scorned why wouldn't many choose the former?

Keeping aside all the doctors and other highly qualified people, you're acting like that's like a map hack or something. No Indian government is encouraging them to go abroad. No Indian government has laws against the number of people who can sleep in a Vancouver house. Enforce your own laws? Why don't you deport visa overstayers with extreme prejudice? Why don't you jail visa scammers? And if the answer is Jews, whose job is it to fix that?
