They lost

Sweat is the biggest loss, but they have some good young guys at edge rusher. Nolan Smith is a legit star, and Jalyx Hunt is way ahead of schedule and already ready to contribute. They're thin behind them, but apparently Uche has looked good in camp.
Milt was good but I'm not too worried about Ojomo stepping up to replace him. And the rotation is deep, Ty Robinson is ready to go and Gabe Hall has looked good.
Safety is kind of a question mark but not a huge problem. The camp battle is Syd Brown vs the rookie Mukuba (who has been hurt). I think both will be playable, and they also still might sign Justin Simmons at some point. Also seems like they might play Dejean there when they're not in nickel.
CB2 is going to be Adoree Jackson or Kelee Ringo (or the guy they just traded for). I have confidence that whoever wins that job will be fine if not spectacular. Also Quinyon is looking like an all-pro and might travel with some WR1s this year.
Overall I don't think they took a big step back. Pass rush is the biggest worry but I trust the guys they have to make an impact. The secondary will continue to be elite and the LB group is insanely strong, especially when Dean gets healthy.
