It is weird how Dimension Shredder works so fucking well with W Sang. W Sang could've been yet another pure Charge ID, with some Rupture, but considering he inflicts count and Dimensional Rift, he was clearly designed to be a Rupture ID, and the passive of EGO compliments the ID so well since it also gives you free charge every turn
I'd say the EGO was released to boost the ID, but EGO was released long before the ID
