as a trauma nurses it's gotta be one of those monolithic bullets. i've seen so many niggers surviving head shots from a hollow point it's insane. just had one of them roll in with his face all mangled up but there was no significant damage to his brain only surface damage because the hollow point expanded and failing to penetrate the skull
