Whatever remains from an old sharpening stone for "sanding" off things that need to be gone, that thing isn't that precise side cutter but a nail clipper, and a box cutter that constantly loses edge to even plastic this soft.
I'll try my luck in the nearby city for precision tools like that. I'm in the middle of bum fuck nowhere.
