Tribbie is fundamentally good because she offers a valuable buff, not as fragile as all the other harmony characters, can be built slow to focus on damage while dishing out consistent solid attacks (without her light cone), mostly SP positive, and can work in most environments with 3+ enemies which is pretty frequent right now and always relevant in pure fiction.
