damn if she's only an e-rank then what would an a-tier or an s-tier magical health worker look like or are they being ranked by their experience and personality and not by looks and yeah by this description it could be anything so still i think you should stay on the lookout and i guess don't slack off on cleaning or buy some pesticide just in case but if you're already over this experience then i'm sure nothing bad or bothersome would come of it
