Based in my experience when I was at primary school/high school and university.

There's this trend of men seeking younger mates, especially girls fresh from high school or the late years. While most of girls wouldnt tag along, there's a plenty number of innocent or simply horny ass bitches that tag along, the same can be said in the opposite side. So its not seen as bad in general by people surrounding you and you wouldnt get your face plastered all over social media... I've got neighbors or heard stories... Its also common within low iq but wealthy men that do it, like middle class.

That also can be observed within low income neighborhoods but my personal interaction with this places is minimal.

Also 19/20 year old sometimes try to date with 16/17 teenagers because they are easier than woman their age or older... It's not really the same as USA or Europe... Its common yes and easily observable. I got a girl that I knew in my high school, she told me that she fucked 50 to 100 men while she was 15 and they all gave her money, alcohol and drugs, every guy had cars or SUV. (middle class)
