This is very easy, just write it in the prompt and it'll work. My collection of character prompts has breast sizes included so I have to remove that part from them manually though, or counterbalance it by putting a ton of emphasis on ((((loli, flat chest)))) to it.

Van specifically is hard to mix with other characters because of the multicolored hair. It will try to appear on every character in the scene. Van and Jolda are an impossible combo to generate because of this.

You will likely have both characters generate with tanlines, and Shizuna might have a blue section in her hair. Eye colors will usually need to be manually fixed, but in this case both characters have blue eyes so it should be close enough.

When prompting for two female characters, the AI will generally try to combine them somehow. There are ways to kind of get around this like regional prompting/forge couple, but they require extra setup and aren't feasible for doing two random characters in a scene.
