in regards to 2fa, many accounts still offer texting one-time passwords as an option. granted for a dumbphone, it'd be a pain in the ass to not get the text on your computer to copy paste into things.
i haven't looked into hard tokens, though that could be something put on your keychain so you can 2fa into whatever supports it.
