The new one looks like a little better design in the earlier versions than the manga version, but that could be just due to being used to them.
There have been some style changes that aren't related to any in story changes though. I don't know if that's due to some natural shift over time or some intentional change, maybe to prepare for when she does get some small adjustments in the story.
