Fordow is buried deep in the side of a mountain near Qom, a solid limestone formation. It's around 80–90 meters of overhead cover (rock + reinforced concrete), purpose-built to survive a US strike. The MOP can penetrate ~60 meters of reinforced concrete or compact earth. In ideal conditions, maybe a few in precise sequence could breach it - but the odds are low. Even if you hit the access points or ventilation shafts, you're disabling, not destroying. Fully annihilating Fordow would require tactical nukes or an internal sabotage op. Also, Trump is already backtracking and went from "Fordow is gone" to "we did monumental damage".
