Yes, over hundreds to thousands of years. Germania didn't form a proper nation two to three thousands years after the concept of Germany existing, and they were of the same race. Yugoslavia, basically a bunch of Balkans with a shared history of struggle and culture, turned on each other in months and they were of the same race.
There is not one success history of races coming together and forming a nice multi racial place to live in. If so, give me an example. Every time races come together it ends in bloodshed and misery for one group, usually the native group. Every Western-European country can attest to that as we had much better societies here when we were all white.

Modern opinion makers usually live in ivory towers in white safe rich neighbourhoods, not practicing what they are preaching.
