I'd go even more specific - Homunculi. Guys were so shit even pre-Fall Eldar Empire didn't want to deal with them outside of a few raving lunatics. They literally looked at their nation crumbling and gone full on "How can it benefit me?". They are so bad even most Dark Eldar consider them gross and off-putting. A bunch of most vile motherfuckers to ever grace the 40k galaxy.
