The huge 3x weapon is clearly hinting Zhao, everyone else is too big that wielding a 3x weapon would be comical.
Martial art dude is more tricky, but so far the #1 suspect is probably Ye Shiyuan. His npc model is just him being "nice" and he will get his real model once he is pissed off enough and start fighting.
