i don't understand executor remembrance
he's a mute schizofrenic that washed up from the land of reeds into the lands between.
he's the only nightfarer that ever saw the erdtree.
he started painting it, and then a crucible knight was sent to kill him, but didn't?
and then another crucible knight was sent there?
somehow one of the crucible knights died?
the surviving crucible knight killed himself?

and then executor has a vision of fighting himself as "executor's cry"
he wins, and then wakes up with a scar that is the same as the wound where the crucible knight killed himself

so executor was that crucible knight, since they have the same wound.
he was sent to kill a painter but didn't?
another crucible knight killed the painter, so executor/crucible killed the other crucible knight and then himself?
but he didn't die, and became a painter.
and this is why he can transform into a beast, because he was a crucible knight.
