She wouldn't because Varesa has 1 play style and low element application. Clorinde easily clears Tupla with Nahida, I doubt Varesa could do close to the same effective dps as she has nothing on the overload team to deal with the mechs/dps outside of overload. Clorinde is simply the better all rounder.
