The strongest women in the novel are the flattest so Tina is just drawing power from that.

I think the current top 3 of strongest is Shise, Alice and Rill and none of them will get adapted sadly. The anime might get to Alice if it gets a S2 but there's no shot it ever gets to the other two since they're too far away.
