The other post has basically said most of what Liz has acknowledge as her powers on stream except the recent addition of summoning flame atronachs , but if you are interested in fancanon there is always the "skinwalker" angle, my dnd knowledge is abit rusty but IIRC metallic dragons can shapechange and have a strong sense of justice, its plays into her fire motif as well. Maybe a copper dragon since Liz can be abit of a prankster.
