Yeah, Pirate Warriors 4 (and 3) if you choose Big Mom, Whitebeard, or Kaido. For all of them you're like ten times the height of everybody else and every attack you do sweeps hundreds of grunts at once.

Pirate Warriors 3 only has Whitebeard though.
