Reminder that saying Vista stalling Mihawk giving about half his effort (he agreed to fight Whitebeard not anyone else) makes him a top tier is like saying Crocodile is a top tier fighter because he also stalled Mihawk and Akainu a little in the same war (he did absolutely nothing of note in either case). Or this is like saying Marco is a Yonko level because he held Kizaru off.
