Memes aside, there is some seriously third-world shit going on in Texas. For example, this recent attack/crash where a car full of 'gunmen' rammed into a bus, killing four people on the bus. On the middle of I-35 in San Antonio, one of the busiest roads in the state. And the gunmen simply walked away from the scene and haven't been caught, despite all the traffic cameras and other surveillance tools. It reeks of cartel involvement or some other official corruption:

This is the kind of story you'd expect from Mexico, but it's happening in Texas.
