In part 3, the interviewer and Owata go through two full matches on tenhou. As they explain what's going on I'm not going to edit the pages (e.g. pointing out Pei dora). From time to time screenshots are shown in the text. These don't always coincide with where the conversation is, so I'll insert "(screenshot XXXX)" lines whenever the conversation moves to the turn in that image. Here XXXX is the page number in the file name of the page image. Note that this number is not equal to the "book page number" but is equal to that number plus two. I'm doing it this way because it makes it easier to post the right image with the right text. We'll see if the character limit will allow this to work out nicely.
This is all quite lengthy so rather than trying to do an entire match at once I'll post one round at a time.

>Owata: Correct, however dealer has just called pon on Hatsu and discarded the dora 4p. This is a red flag in sanma. After a terminal, he cut some honours and then ponned yakuhai and discarded dora 4p. It could possibly be honitsu, but in any case he's not messing around.

>Owata: Exactly. It would be similar in yonma, but there's a difference in hand values. Dealer has two Pei dora, so with anything else such as aka dora he could easily have a dealer mangan.
>---: That's a problem. Is this already a fold?
>Owata: No, we really can't give up that easily. For now I cut Haku since I got a good tsumo.
>---: Would you have cut Haku even if dealer hadn't discarded Chun earlier?
>Owata: It's been nine years so I'm not really sure (laughs). But I think I likely would have discarded Haku all the same.
