For me, things are very simple. This is our land. The prosperity derived from it belongs to us. Anglo-Saxons have never considered us human, much less equal. So why do we care what they say?
Since Mexico has been Mexico and the United States has been the United States, all their treaties and negotiations have been to steal and murder us as if we were pests to be cleaned from their garden. This is our land, regardless of the government that governs it. Chicanos should take up arms and form militias to defend their relatives crossing the border. If the gringos try to stop them, stop the gringos; they would do the same to us, and in many cases, they do.
