Why did Russia take 10% of Ukraine, 9.9% of which happened in the early days of the invasion and now is celebrating taking 0.1% in 3 years? Why is Russia trying to make it sound more menacing by saying any number over 20%, when it would just mean they are counting the area since 2014, which just makes them more pathetic?
