The gopher is a jolly little creature
He enjoys jumping around and playing
He is tiny and fast
His fur is a lovely shade of red
The Redman is a grand creature
He is strong and confident
He is big and majestic
His fur is a rich red
Both are amazing creatures
Both are strong and independent
But the gopher will always have a special spot in my heart
Because he is my loyal red and my friend.
